  • Aarav Chavda, the co-founder and CEO of INVERSA™, blends a materials-science technical focus with a strategic lens. Graduating Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering from Princeton University, and coupled with his experience at McKinsey & Company, Aarav is leading INVERSA™ to change the fashion industry. Aarav leads partnerships, team, and strategy at INVERSA™ and was recognized in 2022 as a Forbes 30 Under 30 recipient.

Roland Salatino
  • Roland Salatino, the co-founder and COO of INVERSA™, has a deep-rooted commitment to environmental conservation. Prior to co-founding INVERSA™, he was a senior consultant at Gallagher. A Harvard graduate with a Bachelor degree in East Asian Studies, a minor in Economics, and a passion for evolutionary biology, Roland brings a diverse skill set to his role. He was recognized in 2022 as a Forbes 30 Under 30 award recipient.

Kahan Chavda
  • Kahan Chavda, the co-founder and CCO of INVERSA™, brings a unique blend of technical expertise, passion, and business acumen to his role. Prior to co-founding INVERSA™, he was a consultant at ZS. He is a graduate of Washington University in St. Louis, where he earned his B.S. in Biomedical Engineering with a minor in Mechanical Engineering.

Moriah Lutz-Tveite
  • As the Head of Sales Strategy & Operations, Moriah brings over a decade of experience in the fashion industry and building brand partnerships. Prior to joining INVERSA™, Moriah was the Commercial Operations Manager for Bolt Threads and Mylo — a mycelium-based leather alternative. She has previously held B2B sales and sales operations roles for jewelry and accessory brands including SOKO, Lele Sadoughi, and Lulu Frost. Moriah has been an Adjunct Professor at LIM College since 2018 where she teaches courses such as Luxury Brand Management and Fashion Branding. She holds a B.A. from Vanderbilt University, where she majored in Medicine, Health & Society and minored in Managerial Studies. She also has a M.F.A. in Luxury & Fashion Management from Savannah College of Art & Design, and a M.S.L. in Fashion Law from Fordham School of Law.

Henri Ferre
  • Henri, the Head of Development at INVERSA™, is instrumental to forging and operationalizing INVERSA™’s endeavors. Prior to joining the team, he worked as the Director of Operations at E25Bio. Henri has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Maryland College Park, where he majored in English Language and Literature. He also holds his M.A. from the Middlebury Institute of International Studies at Monterey in International Environmental Policy and Sustainability Management.

David Ufberg
  • In his role as Operations Specialist, David brings his keen problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail to optimize INVERSA™’s supply chain. Prior to joining the company, David held the position of Investment Associate at Krillion Ventures, in addition to contributing his expertise as a consultant in various projects. He is a graduate of the University of Miami, where he earned his B.B.A. in Economics.

Guy Gammons
  • Guy is a crucial member of the team responsible for driving operations and logistics. Prior to joining INVERSA™, Guy served in the US Army, and worked in sales at Steiner Electric. He is a graduate of Elmhurst University, where he received his B.S. in Business Administration.

Alivia Beadell-Kaplan
  • Alivia serves as INVERSA™’s Strategy & Operations Lead. Prior to joining the team, she founded and managed a student-driven social impact consulting company. She holds a B.S. from Washington University in St. Louis, where she majored in Economics & Strategy and minored in Chinese Language and Culture.

Policy on Payment of Indirect Costs - INVERSA™ is not a grant-making institution but does at times have the need to contract with different organizations and individuals to achieve the conservation goals of the company. It is the policy of INVERSA™ not to pay indirect costs to other institutions when contracting for services.
